2026 SCARC Fall Conference
Where: The Waters Building - Downtown Florence, 135 S Dargan St, Florence, SC 29501

SCARC Members are eligible for a discounted Registration, so if you have not had the opportunity to renew your membership this year, now is a great opportunity.
Early Registration (SCARC Members) - $230
Early Registration (SCARC Non-Members) - $270

Regular Registration (Members and Non-Members) - $300

Student / Retiree Registration - $75 (limited availability)

Late Registration (Week prior to event) - $350
**Deadline for Late Registration is October 16, 2026, only 5 total late registrations are available**
To allow for the best conference possible and due to the requirement to order food and prepare for the event, NO Registrations will be accepted after October 16, 2026.
Sponsorship and vendor/exhibitor spaces both available for the Fall SCARC Conference!
Be an exhibitor and or sponsor for our Wednesday evening SCARC Social. Logo will be on display throughout the SCARC conference and in the conference program. All of the sponsorship levels include an exhibit space. They will include one table and 2 chairs, as well as an electrical connection and wifi.
Sponsorship Levels
$300 - Silver - (One registration is included with this level.)
$600 - Gold - (One registration is included with this level and company logo will also be displayed on the SCARC website.)
$1000 - Diamond - (One primary registration and one guest registration is included with this level and company logo will also be displayed on the SCARC website )
$2000 - Titanium - (One primary registration and two guest registrations are included with this level, company logo will also be displayed on the SCARC website and company logo will also be printed on a SCARC swag item.) - The deadline to have your logo on the swag item is September 15, 2026.

Payment and Cancellation Policy
Payment for registrations can be made online via credit card. Payment for Early registration is due September 21, 2026. Payment for all other registrations is due October 15, 2026. Mail-in payments must be received before these deadlines.
SCARC Registrations are non-transferable. Cancellations made prior to September 21, 2026 can be fully refunded, cancellations made between September 22, 2026 and October 7, 2026 will incur a $50 fee, and cancellations made after October 8th are non-refundable.
All cancellations must be received via email to arick@westcolumbiasc.gov or LBryant@edgefieldcounty.sc.gov.
Accommodations
A block of rooms is available at the Hyatt Place 100 East Evans Street, Florence, SC for $139 a night plus taxes and fees, and Hotel Florence 126 W Evans St for $169 a night plus taxes and fees, under the SCARC group name. This discounted rate is only available for a limited time and a limited number of rooms, so please book as early as possible. Parking is not included in the room rate.
