Be an exhibitor and or sponsor for our Monday evening SCARC Social. Logo will be on display throughout the SCARC conference and in the conference program.
Sponsorship Levels
$300 - Silver - (One registration is included with this level.)
$600 - Gold - (One registration is included with this level and company logo will also be displayed on the SCARC website.)
$1000 - Diamond - (One primary registration and one guest registration is included with this level and company logo will also be displayed on the SCARC website )
$2000 - Titanium - (One primary registration and two guest registrations are included with this level, company logo will also be displayed on the SCARC website and company logo will also be printed on a SCARC swag item.) - The deadline to have your logo on the swag item is August 15, 2024.
Accommodations
A block of rooms is available at the Hyatt Place Columbia Downtown Vista, 819 Gervais Street, Columbia, SC 29201, under the SCARC group name. When making a reservation tell them that you are with SCARC or use the event Hotel registration link in the SCARC confirmation email you received. The rooms are $149 a night plus taxes and fees. This discounted rate is only available for a limited time and limited number of rooms, so please book as early as possible.

Payment and Cancellation Policy
Payment for registrations can be made via credit card online. Payment for Early registration is due September 20, 2024. Payment for all other registrations is due October 7, 2024. Mail in payments must be received before these deadlines.
SCARC Registrations are non-transferable. Cancellations made prior to September 1, 2024 will incur a $25 fee per person, cancellations made between September 2, 2024 and October 7, 2024 will incur a $50 fee, and cancellations made after October 7th are non-refundable.
All cancellations must be received via email to arick@westcolumbiasc.gov or LBryant@edgefieldcounty.sc.gov.
