Base fee:

Exhibitor Only – $100.00
Be an exhibitor and/or sponsor one of our session rooms for the day. Logo will be on display inside one of the breakout rooms and recognition as a room sponsor will be given at the SCARC conference and in the conference program.
Exhibitor/Sponsor - Platinum – $1,000.00
Be a vendor and/or sponsor the conference lunch. Logo will be displayed in the concession area as well as the main meeting room throughout the entire conference and recognition as a lunch sponsor will be given at the SCARC conference and in the conference Program.
Exhibitor/Sponsor- Gold – $500.00
Be an exhibitor and/or sponsor one of our session rooms for the day. Logo will be on display inside one of the breakout rooms and recognition as a room sponsor will be given at the SCARC conference and in the conference program.
Exhibitor/Sponsor- Silver – $250.00
Sponsor our Thursday evening Meet and Greet Social. Logo will be on display throughout the evening. Recognition as a Meet and Greet Social sponsor will be given at the SCARC conference and in the conference program.
Exhibitor/Sponsorship - Diamond – $800.00
Be a vendor and/or sponsor the conference breakfast. Logo will be displayed in the concession area as well as the main meeting room throughout the entire conference and recognition as a breakfast sponsor will be given at the SCARC conference and in the conference Program.
Exhibitor/Sponsorship - Titanium – $2,000.00
Be a vendor and/or sponsor the vendor display room. Logo will be displayed in the concession area, the vendor room as well as the main meeting room throughout the entire conference and recognition as a vendor room sponsor will be given at the SCARC conference and in the conference Program.
Regular Conference Rate – $90.00
SCARC Member Conference Rate – $40.00

A company or individual can be a sponsor without being an exhibitor. All exhibitors will be required to sign a contract that can be found under the Exhibitor/Sponsor page on SCARC's website.

Exhibitor Fees

$100 - Exhibitor Only - This fee is for the rental of the space to exhibit your product or service during the conference on the conference days. This includes one six or eight foot rectangular table for the display of products, samples, etc.

Exhibitors Only will be asked to pay a $90.00 registration fee for up to two representatives if you are not a member of SCARC and a $40.00 registration fee for up to two representatives if you are a member of SCARC.

Sponsorship Levels

$250 - Silver - Be an exhibitor and or sponsor for our Friday afternoon break. Logo will be on display throughout the SCARC conference and in the conference program as well as the SCARC website. (One registration included with this level)

$500 - Gold - Be an exhibitor and or sponsor of our Thursday evening Meet and Greet Social. Logo will be on display throughout the SCARC conference and in the conference program as well as the SCARC website. (Two registrations included with this level)

$800 - Diamond - Be an exhibitor and or sponsor of the conference breakfast. Logo will be displayed throughout the entire conference and in the conference Program as well as the SCARC website. (Two registrations included with this level)

$1000 - Platinum - Be an exhibitor and or sponsor of the conference lunch. Logo will be displayed throughout the entire conference and in the conference Program as well as the SCARC website . (Two registrations included with this level)

$2000 - Titanium - Be an exhibitor and or sponsor the exhibitor hall. Logo will be displayed throughout the entire conference and in the conference Program as well as the SCARC website. (Two registrations included with this level)
